Prices of the projects
Due to the specifics of each object and the various requirements of the contracting entities, the listed prices are given by the minimum and maximum limit. The projects are in phase technical project, sufficient to obtain a permit for construction. For a project in another phase or for a specific quote, please send your request with a description of your site by the form on the page contact or call me. * The prices are calculated per square meter of area.
** The prices for a Complete project contains the following parts: architecture, constructions, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water sewerage, fire safety, safety and health part.
- The prices are valid for sites in Sofia region.
- The prices are without VAT.
- For each project shall be drawn up offer, showing all features of the future site.
- For projects with higher requirements to the shape, the functions, structure of the building, the price of the project is on agreement.
